1. Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, consultation follow-ups, estimate updates, and customer service messages to individuals who have requested information or services from CT Home Designs through our website at https://ct-homedesigns.com or through our consultation and scheduling forms.
SMS opt-in is collected through web forms that provide a dedicated checkbox for text message consent. You will receive text messages only after providing the applicable consent. Messages may include consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, estimate follow-ups, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you a message. After sending STOP, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscribe request. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive messages through that messaging program unless you opt in again.
